A SYSTEMATIC EVALUATION METHOD BUILDING DESIGN PLAN

This paper discusses the evaluation method of building design plan with the view of systematization and presents factors concerning building design plan. According to characteristics of multifactor, multipurpose, multifunction and multi-administrative levels in building design system, this comprehensive evaluation method provides a scientific basis for policymakers.     

Modeling and Simulation Based on Pole-zero Placement Self-adaptive Temperature Control System

Based on model parameters estimating, a kind of algorithm of pole-zero placement self-adaptive temperature control is put forward according to closed loop apices distribution of resistance furnace temperature control. The mathematic model is presented by discursion for the controlled object, at the same time, the algorithm is illustrated identification method of model parameters, compute formula and simulation result of controlled parameters. Simulations and practices of the model proved that the algorithm is of rapid constringency speed , satisfactory effect on the object with time changing especially for the controlled objects of the high current and low voltage characteristics. The algorithm has been applied in the temperature control of intelligent slag measurement equipment of a iron-steel graduate school.

Natural outcrossing rate in Vernonia galamensis

Vernonia galamensis is a potential new industrial crop growing wild in Ethiopia. The seed oil is rich in vernolic acid, an epoxy fatty acid, which is of interest for oleochemical uses. Basic information on the reproductive system of Vernonia is still very limited. The amount of natural outcrossing was estimated at two locations in Ethiopia (Alemaya and Babile) using flower colour as a marker. Single plants with white flowers, which is a monogenic recessive trait, were planted in plots with normal pink flowers and the outcrossing rate was estimated from the frequency of pink‐flowered plants in the progeny of the white‐flowered plants. Estimates of the natural outcrossing rate ranged between individual plants from 3.5 to 16% at Alemaya and 2.5 to 12% at Babile. Vernonia galamensis can be classified as a mainly self‐pollinated species.     

Analysis on Foundation Pit Deformation of a Commercial Building in Hangzhou

The foundation pit deformation of a commercial building in Hangzhou is calculated by using calculation method related to foundation pit deformation. The calculation results by m method show that the maximum deformation is 29.2mm and the real maximum deformation is 174.6mm. The deformation character obtained by foundation coefficient method is different from the real deformation. There are lots of factors influencing foundation deformation. According to practical engineering condition, in this study, the influencing factors for soil parameters, bracing condition, condition for insertion of retaining wall into soil and construction speed are determined. The calculation method used is analyzed and modified. Finally, a useful and valid method for calculating foundation deformation is presented, by which the foundation pit deformation in practical project can be forecasted and analyzed.     

长江中游不同玉稻种植模式产量及资源利用效率的比较研究

发展长江中游玉米生产是解决本区域玉米产需矛盾的根本途径。近年来随着长江中游玉米的快速发展,该地区出现了春玉米–晚稻、双季玉米和早稻–秋玉米等新型的一年两熟制种植模式,为探明其适应性和实用性,2013—2014年在湖北省武穴市设置了传统种植的双季稻(对照)、春玉米–晚稻、双季玉米和早稻–秋玉米共4种两熟制种植模式,分析比较其周年产量及光、温、水资源利用效率和经济效益。结果表明,春玉米–晚稻和双季玉米周年产量显著高于早稻–秋玉米和双季稻。与双季稻相比,春玉米–晚稻周年产量、光能生产效率、光能利用率、积温生产效率、水分利用率及经济效益分别提高18.3%、14.1%、23.4%、16.4%、37.2%和44.3%,双季玉米分别提高了13.5%、8.1%、26.1%、11.4%、88.8%和37.8%。春玉米其产量、积温生产效率、水分利用率及经济效益两年平均比早稻分别高出30.6%、29.5%、57.2%和96.1%,而秋玉米和晚稻之间产量无显著差异。不同玉稻模式周年产量差异主要源于第一季春玉米和早稻产量的差异。可见,春玉米–晚稻和双季玉米是适宜在长江中游推广的两熟制种植模式。

通过对“Ch型”谷子显性核不育的遗传研究,证实“Ch型”的不育性与“澳大利亚谷”的细胞质无关,其育性是受两对显性连锁基因Ms-和Rf-上位互作控制的。其中Ms是显性不育基因,Rf是显性上位基因,当二者共同存在时,显性上位基因能抑制显性不育基因的表达,从而使不育表现可育。这种由杂交而来,并能找到“恢复系”的显性核不     

Optimising potato breeding. II. A model for optimising single-stage and single-trait selection

Summary A model for optimising single-stage and single-trait selection is presented. The model is based on the expected selection response model, extended with parameters describing the nature of the environment and with variables allowing a manipulation of selection schemes. As an example, the model is used to optimize tuber yield selection in potato breeding.Estimated parameter values have an uncertainty, which may bias the model outcome. Sensitivity analysis shows that the sensitivity to unrealistic parameter values for optimal allocation is less than the sensitivity for the selection response.     

The Evaluation System of Agent of Government Investment Project Based on AFD

According to analyses of the existing problems in the evaluation of agent of government investment project, combining with the characters of the substituted construction system of the government invested project and the project management, a performance evaluation index system of the agent of government invested project was constructed, fdlowing the basic principles of the index settlement. It introduces the AHP, the fuzzy evaluation mode, and the ADF comprehensive evaluation mode based on DEA, and gives some practical examples.
